MILLING
2D & 3D Milling, from Keyways through to large motor bases
STUD REMOVAL
Removal of seized and broken studs, including nimonic steels in turbine casings, valves, boilers and flange faces.
LINE BORING
Line Boring to tight tolerances in all applications.
DRILLING
Hole drilling - any material in any aspect, including confined spaces. Bearing housings bored and sleeved. Broken studs - removed
TAPPING
Tapping and re claiming of damaged threads in all applications.
BORING
Boring of pumps and vessels, open-ended and blind. Crane pivot pins- bushes. Engines and machinery buckets
TREPANNING
Trepanning of holes in all materials in various working aspects.
JOURNAL TURNING
Tight tolerance re works, Machining under size for; sleeving / weld overlay / metal spraying then machine back to original size.
HONING
Internal honing of cylinder and bores.

FLANGE INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT
Management of bolted flange connections during construction, maintenance and shutdown activities. Competent manpower and equipment to cover flange work life-cycle from break-out to testing
HYDRAULIC BOLT TENSIONING
Controlled hydraulic bolt tensioning of bolted connections with bolts from 3/4" to 4" diameter. Suitable for ANSI, API, Heat exchangers, Clamp connections
HYDRAULIC TORQUE WRENCH
Direct fit and square drive hydraulic torque wrenches to suit 1/2" to 4" bolt diameter.
NUT SPLITTING
Hydraulic nut splitting equipment to suit 3/4" to 4" bolt diameter
FLANGE SPREADING
Hydraulic flange spreading equipment capable of generating 15.5 tons force
